Nankeen and Simon and Pearce looking for marketing and sales associate for design development.
The world of retailing is changing. We now realize that the Nankeen concept deserves new and energetic talent, skilled in the digital world, to move forward. It seems appropriate for us to step aside and for others to develop the concept further. Nankeen possesses a well-known, and well-regarded, brand. The product is outstanding, with an established supply-chain and a smooth-running ordering and stocking operation in place. We have enjoyed a partnership with Simon Pearce selling table runners, napkins and pillows and we just shipped our first order to Anthropologie for four styles of our bags. All very exciting but we feel we have done the design and development and we really need someone to take it further along the marketing and sales channels.
